Tips for Using this System
1. Know the dates and times you want to schedule your Recital AND rehearsals before filling out this on-line request form. Use the searches on the main screen of this system to make sure those dates and times are open. Although this system will not let you register for a time which is already booked, it is much easier to check beforehand. You can also use the searches to see what other events are going on around your recital time (for instance, if you're a vocalist, you probably don't want to schedule your recital up against an opera).
2. Print out all required forms presented at the completion of your request and get them turned in ASAP! Remember, you are only making a request. Until all forms have been signed and turned in, your dates and times are still available to anyone else. Using this system is NOT a guarantee you will have the dates and times requested until required forms are turned in.
3. Read the Frequently Asked Questions sheet. Chances are your questions have already been answered so many times they've made it into the hall of fame. Please read the FAQ completely before calling for help. (The first question they'll ask you is "Have you read the FAQ?")
